Real Clients, Real Numbers.
Every number below comes from the client's own account or their live site — not from a brochure. Where we have the report, we show it.
Mid-Market B2B Operations (US)

< 30s
average document turnaround
The situation
A US-based mid-market operations team was handling 14,000+ monthly invoices, bills of lading, and vendor statements across dozens of unstructured formats. Manual entry created a 48-hour processing backlog, expensive overtime hours, and an error rate that caused downstream reconciliation delays.
What we did
We engineered a multi-agent document pipeline using Claude 3.5 and GPT-4o with deterministic validation guardrails. Inbound PDFs are parsed into structured JSON, cross-referenced against ERP purchase orders, and committed automatically. Any edge-case discrepancies below 95% confidence are routed to a human-in-the-loop review dashboard with visual field diffs.
The outcome
Turnaround time dropped from 48 hours to under 30 seconds. Over 91% of incoming documents process touchlessly end-to-end, achieving 99.4% field accuracy. The client reclaimed 65+ operational staff hours weekly while eliminating processing bottlenecks.

Telematica Australia
B2B services · Australia — 3,624 B2B inquiries in one month at A$12.48 each
3,624
inquiries in one month
A$12.48
average cost per inquiry
27%

412,580

The situation
Telematica sells B2B services across Australia — a single market on paper, but eight states and territories that behave differently. A national average cost per inquiry tells you almost nothing when the cheapest region delivers leads for A$11.92 and the most expensive for A$16.28. They needed inquiry volume they could plan around, at a cost per inquiry the business could defend.
What we did
We built and ran their Meta lead generation campaigns with every state and territory reported separately, rather than as one national line. That made the cost of an inquiry visible region by region, so budget could keep moving toward the places that were actually converting instead of being spread evenly and hoping.
The outcome
In January 2026 the campaign produced 3,624 inquiries at an average of A$12.48 each. New South Wales came in cheapest at A$11.92 per inquiry — 27% below the most expensive territory — and took the largest share of budget as a result. All eight states and territories delivered, so nothing was written off on assumption.

185,420

1.69

4
states reported separately
The situation
Right Qlik wanted recognition across four Indian states at once. The risk with a brief like that is spending most of the budget showing the same advert to the same people — impressions go up, the number of people who have actually heard of you does not.
What we did
We ran the campaign with per-state reporting across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, and watched frequency — the average number of times one person sees the advert — as closely as reach. Frequency is the number that tells you whether you are buying new audience or repeating yourself.
The outcome
Over the first 8 days the campaign reached 185,420 people from 312,690 impressions: an average of 1.69 views per person. Put another way, 59% of every impression served went to someone seeing the advert for the first time, at roughly 23,000 new people reached per day. All four states were reported separately so the next round of budget had real numbers behind it.

Supriya Travels of India
Travel · New Delhi — One site selling sacred pilgrimage and Maldives villas, without either feeling out of place
20
pages live
6
destination guides
10
destinations in the search filter
94 KB
initial page weight
The situation
Supriya Travels sells Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages alongside leisure holidays, tourist visas and air ticketing — to individual travelers, families and trade partners. Those audiences want completely different things from a website, and a single generic tour-operator template serves none of them well. Inquiries also arrived with too little detail to quote against.
What we did
We designed and built the site around how people actually choose a trip. Pilgrimage gets its own dedicated Hajj and Umrah sections with documentation and proximity-to-Haram detail; leisure travel gets destination guides with itineraries and pricing; the visa and ticketing services get their own pages, including a separate one for trade partners. A search filters by destination and trip length, so an inquiry arrives already telling the team where and how long.
The outcome
20 pages are live, including 6 destination guides, dedicated Hajj and Umrah sections, and 3 service lines. Every page is server-rendered, so each destination and package can be found in search on its own rather than hiding behind a filter, and the code is split per route so visitors only download the page they asked for.
